Kick-off of the European GAPP-PRO Project
The European Joint Action Piloting GAPP model approach for assessing and authorizing novel substances of human origin preparation PROcesses (GAPP-PRO) officially started on February 15th, 2024 and will last 40 months.
On March 18 and 19, 2024 the kick-off meeting of the initiative was organised by the Italian Blood and Transplant Centres and successfully held in Rome at the premises of the Istituto Superiore di Sanità.
The experienced Consortium confirmed the commitment and enthusiasm to contribute to both the implementation of the activities and the achievement of the expected results within the framework of the newly approved European regulation on substances of human origin.
